Barrique Guest House - Palermo

The venue has modern rooms and excellent location next to a train station. The apartment is located on a quiet side street. Met my needs, I definitely coming here again and would be happy to recommend.

We loved the self check-in option, perfect for our late arrival. The apartment was clean, bright, and had a comfortable bed. The view from our window was stunning. The communication with the host was easy and fast. The modern and clean bathroom was spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The location near train and bus stations was ideal. we felt safe, comfortable, and had reliable and fast wifi.

Felt like our own home, no complaints.

We had a fantastic stay at Barrique Guest House! The apartment was great with its spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchen/lounge area. The laundry facilities were a big plus for us as travelers. The location was convenient, with the train station and tourist sites all within walking distance. Maurizio, our host, was always accessible and helpful through WhatsApp. We felt safe in the area and had no issues.

I absolutely loved our stay at this fabulous apartment! It was so spacious and all the rentals were conveniently located on the same floor. The fact that there was a shared washing machine on the same floor was a huge bonus. We were also impressed by the two air conditioners that kept us comfortable throughout our stay, despite the hot weather outside. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable, with lovely furnishings. Its proximity to the main train station made it a breeze to get to, which was ideal as we arrived late. I would advise arriving late guests to opt for the extra fee to have someone meet them at the door to avoid any difficulty finding the property. We did have some trouble initially opening the door, but that was entirely our fault and the host had provided clear instructions. The internet was a bit spotty, which caused some stress, but our host Maurizio was very understanding. The self check-in process was super easy and smart, and the building had a charming historical look. The hosts were extremely receptive and always responded to our queries in a timely manner. When we had a problem with the boiler, it was quickly fixed, even at 10 PM. The balcony offered a lovely view, and the apartment itself was spacious and well-equipped. Maurizio's communication leading up to our visit was excellent, and the door keycode system was convenient. The unit was spacious and clean, with a modern kitchen and bathroom, while still retaining its old-world Palermo charm. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi were both excellent. Maurizio was quick to respond and even brought us new batteries for the TV remote. The location was unbeatable, with the main train station and bus terminal within walking distance. There was a great coffee shop and good restaurants nearby as well. this was one of my favorite places I've ever stayed.

The location of this guest house is incredibly convenient, being just next to the train station and close to everything you need in the city. the apartment itself is clean, spacious, and stylish, with a well-equipped kitchen and a beautiful Italian design. the self check-in process allows for easy access to the building and flats without any hassle.

The bathroom door in the apartment can be quite noisy when opened, which can be a bit inconvenient.

The city views from our room were breathtaking, like a painting come to life. It felt like we had our own private window into the heart of Palermo.

Additionally, the digital access system made it easy to enter and exit the building without any physical contact.

There were some communication issues during check-in and check-out, which made things a little confusing. Additionally, there were a few minor inconveniences, such as running out of toilet paper and being disturbed by noise from the neighboring room.

The host was very helpful and gave us great directions. The internet access was a bit spotty, but we appreciate the efforts made by the host to resolve the issue. this is one of the best places we've stayed at. Plus, there's an amazing restaurant just down the street with delicious food!
